The
shops are divided to ensure that all active accounts receive a
weekly call out. These include calls to HMV and Virgin stores,
although product must receive a grade through presentation to
Head Office before the shops can be approached individually. This
means that the National Accounts have to present the records before
the pre-sale can begin.
As
with Field Sales, the Telesales team is responsible for implementing
the campaigns and promotions.
Our
tele-order desk deals with all phoned, faxed, emailed and written
orders. EDI provide direct electronic links 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
The
technically advanced telephone system ensures that customers are
put through to an order taker without delay.
