but the level of Pinnacle involvement is determined by the needs
of the client.
Marketing within Pinnacle helps provide new opportunities and
add to the mix of ideas. Meetings are frequently arranged with
the Label Managers and their labels to set plans in motion. The
focus is mostly on retail marketing, but inevitably the boundaries
are blurred.
The
High Street chains have their own marketing agenda and offer a
set range of packages which labels buy into. These are booked
by the National Accounts sales team at head office level, through
their established, regular presentations.
The
collective knowledge of retail is a valuable asset and comment
feedback from shops is actively sought by pinnacle. It has influenced
campaigns that we have set up and made an impact on our distribution.
The entire Pinnacle operation is geared to customer service. It
