Reports are developed to be as user friendly as possible. Detailed information about sales is available, on screen, at the touch of a button. A wide range of reports and analysis are available including regional and customer break down, and daily and weekly historical figures.


Many labels are now on line direct and can access reports for themselves in 'file' formats. For others the information is only a phone call away.

The system updates itself in real time, giving us a major advantage. We do not have to wait for sales and stock movements to register. This information can be crucial, especially for a fast moving title.

We have capacity for EDI further speeding up the links for business transactions. Linked to the barcode technology of the warehouse, this gives Pinnacle clear advantages of speed and accuracy in processing orders.

The system carries a full database of all active, distributed lines. These can be searched by artist and title as well as catalogue number, greatly improving the level of service to label and retailer alike. Credit control and order supply both benefit from the continuous updating of the accounts profiles.
